Please fill out the following blocks to register for the 2007-2008 season. Please mail a  check or money order for $25.00, payable to Ct Stars Volleyball, Inc. or you can bring it on the first day of tryotus.

In order to register with USAV, click on this link https://webpoint.usavolleyball.org/. Do not send money to NERVA as the CT STARS Volleyball Club will pay the NERVA registration fee once teams have been selected. Please also fill in the form below.

 

Effective Nov. 21, 2007, the tryout fee is not reimbursable.
